Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens! If you can’t make your reading, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member - just let us know their name before the session.
